About Starling Studio
At Starling Studio, we provide 1:1 compassionate support for individuals navigating mental health challenges, substance use concerns, and life’s many transitions.
We believe healing begins with authentic connection, trust, and the experience of feeling truly seen and understood.
Our therapeutic approach is grounded in collaboration, compassion, and a shared commitment to honoring each person’s unique journey.
We strive to create a welcoming environment where your experiences are valued, your voice is heard, and you can explore growth and healing at your own pace.
As art therapists, we also offer access to a dedicated studio space for those who find creativity to be a meaningful part of their healing process.
Whether through conversation, creative expression, or a combination of both,
we are here to support you in building a deeper connection with yourself and your path forward.
